• Industries of interest include Midstream Oil and Gas Companies and projects primarily refining and processing facilities, Industrial Products
  and Services, Business Technology and Services, Healthcare Technology and Services, and related Software
• Majority or minority investments
• Representative structures include Management buyouts, Recapitalizations,
  Buy-and-builds and Corporate divestitures
